One place for hiring, from application to offer.
Applications arrive through several channels, the shortlist lives in a spreadsheet, and interview notes sit in someone’s inbox. SALVAN puts the whole process on one screen, so no candidate is lost between the steps.
Applications pile up across email and chat. Sorting them by hand takes days, and by the time a good candidate is called, they have accepted somewhere else.
Every applicant sits in one pipeline with a visible stage, an owner and a next step, from the first CV to the signed offer.
How hiring runs on SALVAN
-
01
The vacancy is opened
A client company or an internal manager files the manpower request. The vacancy is published to the job portal, and a flyer for it is generated automatically.
-
02
Candidates apply themselves
Applicants browse open positions, submit their data and upload a CV through the portal. Nothing has to be re-typed by the recruiter, and every CV is scanned before it is stored.
-
03
Screening with AI support
Candidates are scored against the vacancy and ranked, and CVs can be searched by what is in them rather than by file name. The recruiter still decides who moves on.
-
04
Interviews are scheduled and recorded
Invitations go out by email and through the recruiter’s Telegram bot. Interview notes are summarised automatically, so the next interviewer starts informed.
-
05
Decision and offer
The pipeline shows every candidate’s stage, from documents through HR and user interviews to offer and acceptance. The client follows the same progress from their own portal.
What is inside
Job portal
Applicants see open positions, apply and upload their CV on their own. Every application lands in the pipeline already structured.
Client portal
Partner companies file what they need and follow the progress of each request, without asking for a status report.
Recruiter dashboard
Vacancies, candidates and decisions on one screen, instead of a spreadsheet next to an inbox.
AI that assists, not decides
Candidate scoring and recommendations, an internal assistant, automatic interview summaries, smart CV search and pipeline analytics. The judgement stays with the recruiter.
A pipeline you can see
Documents, HR interview, user interview, offer, accepted. Each stage shows how many candidates are in it and who is waiting on whom.
The everyday details
Automatic vacancy flyers, email notifications, a recruiter Telegram bot, interview scheduling, manpower request forms and a security scan on every uploaded CV.
Private VPS or on-premise, on infrastructure you own. Not offered as SaaS.
Questions
Does the AI decide who is hired?
No. It scores, ranks, searches and summarises. Every decision about a candidate is made by your recruiter.
Can applicants apply without our staff entering data?
Yes. They apply through the job portal themselves, including the CV upload, and the application enters the pipeline directly.
Can our client companies see the progress?
Yes. A client portal lets a partner company file its manpower request and follow the progress of each one.
What happens to the CVs we receive?
Every uploaded file is scanned before it is stored, and the data stays on the server you control, because SALVAN is not offered as SaaS.
Is SALVAN offered as SaaS?
No. It is deployed on a private VPS or on your own servers, so applicant data stays inside your organisation.
Does it fit an agency that recruits for other companies?
Yes. The client portal and the manpower request form are built for exactly that: several client companies, each with its own requests and its own view of progress.
